What is Docfinit offering?
Modern document storing
The DocFinit document management system is a revolutionary innovative solution which allows users - especially home and small and medium-sized enterprise users - to record and manage documents using a software product and also to store these documents in a protected manner.
RFID identification
The physical identification of documents is made by RFID tags. The digital image of the tagged documents is stored in the DocFinit cloud. One of the metadata assigned to the digital documents is the unique identifier of the RFID tags.
Document recording
The system makes it possible to store physical and digital documents, alike. A digital copy is made of the paper-based documents by means of scanning or photocopying, and this digital copy is sent to the DocFinit database after an optical character recognition process. Different tags can be assigned to the digitally stored documents which thus become easily searchable and identifiable.
Biometric authentication
For reasons of safety the biometric authentication of users is also possible by means of (BS Life Pass). The authentication is through a hygienic, touch-free authentication system which can be integrated into a wide array of applications, with its high tolerance of errors it also operates reliably even in industrial environments.
The biometric authentication system is a technology which measures and records one of the individual’s unique physical features and then uses the data thus obtained for the identification. In our case, a veins sensor measures the internal vein structure of the hand or a specific part of the body, which makes a totally unique identification procedure possible.
